There are several websites for marketing your bed and breakfast for sale. You should use several marketing avenues to promote your bed and breakfast, just as you do for attracting business.

Which internet sites would you recommend advertising a B & B for sale?

I know I'm commenting on an old post, but I'd encourage anyone in the market to look at the Bed and Breakfast Inns for Sale on InnShopper.com.

If you are actively trying to sell, you can also get a free inn listing.
