A guest phoned in a reservation for one of our largest rooms for this past Saturday. My housekeeper wrote in the reservation and took his name, telephone number, address, credit card number, and credit card expiration date.

We have been prepairing for our Bed and Breakfast for a few years now and don't plan on opening for at least another 5 years (we want all our kids in Kindergarten before opening). However, we want to get a business license and protect our name/logo while seeking funding etc.
