Corporate Rates?

Corporate rates are one of the many discounts you can offer your guests. Also consider online discounts, senior discounts, and travel club discounts like AAA and Better World Club. Can you over do it? Yes!

Q: When a guest arrives what to say when asked about our corporate rates? Are there such rates?
A: That question does arise when people book a room, whether they book by phone or as "walk-ins". There are such rates if that's part of your market niche and you have established the rates.
If corporate travelers aren't who you are seeking as guests then I don't see that you need to provide such a rate.
Everybody wants a discount. Your business model and cash flow will dictate who you will give discounts to and when.
