If you're looking for a Florida Broker, you may want to contact David Caples. He is affiliated with Elizabeth Pointe Lodge (www.elizabethpointelodge.com) in Amelia Island Florida. I attended his "aspiring innkeeper seminar" and he is knowledgeable, helpful and familiar with Florida.
