Grapes Juanita

November 21, 2004

These can be served as dessert, salad or a breakfast item. They look beautiful and taste good too. Use any number of fruits, but grapes and blueberries work the best.

2lb seedless grapes
1c sour cream (yogurt can be substituted with minimal flavor difference)
½c brown sugar
grated orange rind

Remove grapes stems. Combine the grapes and sour cream. Spoon the mixture into individual serving bowls. Sprinkle brown sugar on top.

Chill 2 hours, minimum. Garnish with the rind.

NOTE:
Blueberries are good here too. Try other berries. Try other fruit.
Cinnamon garnish with is also good.
