Decorating Tips:
I attended a conference in October 2004 where I met a woman who repurposes "stuff" into wonderful
furnishing and decorations. She has quite a knack for taking old, seemingly useless items into
attractive and useful items. She displayed candelabras, tables, and lamp shades at this meeting.
Since then I've seen what Frugal by Design
has created with shells, buttons and crystals. If you are looking for a unique touch in your B&B,

Environmentally Friendly Resources:
Recommending "green" products I have faith in is important to me. The Resource Page on www.SageBlossom.com is a
growing list of products and services I have used, or have heard good things about. You can find
furniture, cleaning products (chemicals and microfiber), lighting, and food. I also have the best online
florist I've ever used referenced there.
Flooring Information:
Having built a house in recently I have a heightened awareness and appreciation for flooring, one of the bigger decisions in building or
remodeling a home or office. I wish this site had been around when I was building because it would have
helped me avoid a lot of hassles! The Flooring Lady is a site filled with great information about all kinds
of flooring.
Mattress Information:
Sleeping well is important to me, and I have come to learn that mattresses are the foundation of good sleep. Being in the lodging business, mattresses are
important to your living too. Having owned and slept on many kinds of mattresses I appreciated the
information I found about them at a site that doesn't have anything to sell -- an unbiased bit of
information. Since you go through more mattresses than I do, check out the The Mattress Lady website, filled
with great information about various kinds of mattresses, how to clean and care for them, and the pros and
cons about mattresses on the market.
Multip-Purpose Cleaning Concentrate:
I like simple approaches to life, especially to things like cleaning. Enviro-One helps me keep my life simple. The concentrate you can buy from them (in quart and gallon
containers) can be diluted to various solutions to create a cleaning solution for almost any cleaning need. I use it to
put on stains, clean the toilet and tub, wash dishes and my hands, and for spot cleaning around the house. You can

Organic Herbal Tea:
Though I love coffee, I have started drinking more herbal tea -- and loving it! Organic India's Tulsi Tea is
heavenly, and it comes in a wide range of flavors. I've only tried ten, and will be adding several more to
my collection soon. You owe it to yourself to keep it on hand and enjoy it frequently because it not only
relaxes and de-stresses you but it also strengthens your immune system because of the anti-oxidants it has.
My biggest problem is deciding which
Tulsi Tea to drink when I want a cup.
StainSolver:
I love simplified cleaning procedures. This powerful oxygen bleach powder has simplified my laundry immensely. For cleaner sheets, towels, and
table linens I can't sing this product's praises enough. I have used Stain Solver on non-laundry cleaning

Travel:
When I discovered this travel club I was intrigued with the environmental issues they addressed offering of environmental concerns for travel, above
and beyond lodging. I think of this organization as the AAA of environmental travel. They are the
environmentall friendly autoclub.
