Interactions between departments

Customer service at bed and breakfasts should be extended in every aspect of your business. The more everyone on staff knows, the better the guest experience -- and that's what B&Bs are all about.

It's getting into our busy EVENT season...personally, I want to know as much as possible about the event, so I can properly greet the guests.Simple things, like...what's the bride's name & what's the groom's name...

Our rather snooty event staff thinks my "wanting-to-know" is bothersome. Well...screw 'em - is what I'd like to say...
You guyz get my drift.
Anybody else have the same problem?
