Sage Blossom is owned and operated by Kit Cassingham, a former innkeeper, who has many years
of experience in the hospitality industry and the B&B real estate market. Kit has offered consulting
services and seminars to innkeepers and aspiring innkeepers since 1987, was a licensed real estate agent
in Colorado between 1991 and 1994, and a licensed real estate broker between 1994 and 2003.
She stays current on B&B, hospitality, environmental and Internet trends and ideas by participating in an
average of four professional conferences per year, reading the B&B/hospitality literature, and networking with
innkeepers and hospitality professionals internationally.
Additionally, "The B&B Lady" utilizes other professionals when necessary, such as Internet marketing
experts, accountants, building inspectors, lenders, and attorneys -- all with experience in the
B&B industry.
