Posting information about your B&B here is a good start.
What B&B memberships do you have where you could post information?
Do you have a web page designed where you can send prospective buyers to increase their excitement?
BBOnline is a good place to list a B&B for sale (and to find one). There are lots of "B&B 4 Sale" sites. Google for B&B for sale to find the sites and then decide if which will work for you.
