What do I need to do to sell my inn?

Selling your bed and breakfast takes as much planning as buying it did. There are specific things you need to do to prepare your inn, your documentation and your income to present the bed and breakfast in its best light.

From "Ask Kit!":
Q: We are going to be placing our b&b on the market this next year and have lots of questions on when and how to best do this. Things like how much do you tell a prospective buyer before they commit and stuff. Do you have a publication for us to read just on this?

A: It's good you are planning ahead so that you can make the most of your decision.

Did you read my article on "Your Exit Strategy" (http://www.thebandblady.com/article45-bed-and-breakfast-exit-strategy-changes.html)? That will answer some of your questions.

In some ways the eBook on "Buying an Inn" (http://www.thebandblady.com/e-books.html) would be helpful to you because it teaches buyers how to proceed. And buyers and sellers are on the flip side of the same "coin".

We colud also do email or phone conferencing.
